元素录井技术在鄂尔多斯盆地长7页岩油岩性识别中的应用

摘要: 随着鄂尔多斯盆地长7页岩油勘探获得重大突破,录井面临“岩性识别、储层分类、压裂选层”等诸多技术壁垒和挑战。如何准确地识别岩性是正确选择施工参数、确保钻井安全、提高油气勘探效率的重要保证。针对这些生产实际中存在的问题,元素录井技术能够提供定量化的数据快速准确识别岩性、辅助导向及压裂选层,是目前其他录井手段无法替代的。通过对长7页岩油全取心段的202个样本元素数据进行分析,优选特征元素,构建了元素曲线交会、特征图谱、SPSS软件判别分析3种识别岩性的方法。在长7页岩油应用直井17口、水平井35口,剖面符合率达90%以上,充分发挥了录井特色技术的优势,满足了现场生产需求。同时为水平井地质导向及有效储层钻遇率的提升提供了技术支撑。

Abstract: With significant breakthroughs in the exploration of Chang 7 shale oil in Ordos Basin,mud logging is faced with many technical barriers and challenges such as lithology identification,reservoir classification and interval selection for fracturing,etc. How to accurately identify lithology is an important guarantee for selecting construction parameters correctly,ensuring drilling safety,and improving oil and gas exploration efficiency. In view of the problems existing in production practice,element logging technology can provide quantitative data to quickly and accurately identify lithology,assist in guiding and interval selection for fracturing,which is currently irreplaceable by other mud logging means. By analyzing the element data of 202 samples from the full cored interval of Chang 7 shale oil,the characteristic elements were optimized,and three methods for identifying lithology were constructed,namely,element curve crossplot,characteristic spectrum and SPSS software discriminant analysis. The methods were applied to 17 vertical wells and 35 horizontal wells in Chang 7 shale oil,with a profile coincidence rate of more than 90%,giving full play to the advantages of characteristic technology of mud logging and meeting the needs of on-site production. At the same time,they provide technical support for horizontal well geosteering and effective reservoir drilling rate improvement.
